The short version

We want you to feel good about what you buy. If a purchase isn't what you expected, reach out within 14 days and we'll make it right — usually with a refund. The longer version is below.

One-off Playbook purchases ($9)

• Single-Playbook purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you've genuinely tried the material and feel it didn't help. Just contact us and tell us why.
• Refunded Playbooks are removed from your account. The other four Playbooks you didn't buy were never yours and aren't affected.
• A Playbook you bought separately is yours — it stays unlocked even if your membership ends.

Membership ($15/month)

• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by using our contact form. There's no cancellation fee and we don't ask questions.
• When you cancel, your access to the Template Vault and all five Playbooks remains active through the end of the current paid period. After that date, the Vault re-locks and the four Playbooks you didn't buy separately become locked again.
• If you request a refund on a membership charge, the same rule applies: access stays open until the end of the paid period, then re-locks. You won't lose access on the day the refund clears — you keep what you paid for.
• Any individual $9 Playbooks you purchased outside of the membership are unaffected and stay yours.

What we can't refund

• Membership renewals more than 14 days old where the account has been actively used.
• Charges flagged as fraudulent by your bank or card network — for those, please dispute through your bank.

How to request a refund

Use the contact form. Tell us the email you used to sign up and which charge you'd like refunded. We aim to respond within two business days.
